1. Workshop Setup and Mold Fabrication (2 Months):
We will begin by setting up the workshop and ensuring all necessary equipment is in place. During this time, we’ll also start fabricating molds. While this phase might extend due to complexities, we are committed to minimizing delays through close collaboration with our suppliers.
2. Material Procurement and Production (2 Months):
Once the molds are ready, we’ll move into full-scale production. Our team is dedicated to using high-quality, eco-friendly materials. While this stage may take some time depending on production volume and supplier coordination, we aim to complete it within two months.
3. Testing and Quality Control (2 Weeks):
After production, each unit will undergo rigorous testing to ensure it meets our high standards for performance and durability. We will also conduct environmental impact assessments to ensure our product delivers on its promises.
4. Packaging and Shipping (2 Weeks):
We will work with reputable logistics companies to ensure timely delivery of your product. Our goal is to ship immediately after testing and quality control. However, international orders may experience slight delays due to customs and local conditions. Shipping costs will be borne by the buyer, and we will provide detailed shipping cost estimates to keep the process transparent and hassle-free.​​​​​​​
